"Dr.Glascock has a gentle manner he is straight forward with me and yet compassionate too. He is willing to listen to all my concerns and then wants the same respect from you to allow him to tell you about what he expects. He told me like it needed to be said. And we are going to get along fine. He can joke around and yet be serious too, without out being insulting. His office staff are wonderful, just as easy going and willing to help as he is. And everyone there are so supportive that I was amazed. The nurse and supportive staff all were great, made everyone feel at ease right away. This is a new program, we are told what we can expect as far as after care, and he also said that he wants us to be in the support group also afterwards. Yes he addressed the risk and he answered all my questions either in group session, or at first office meeting. "
