"My first impression of Dr. Coates was, He's a very friendly and very informative man. He told it like it was. As far as his office staff, they were kind of difficult to deal with. I will refer my Dr. to anyone. His bedside manner was awesome. As far as him in surgery, I didn't have any pain. And still I have none. If it were'nt for my incisions, i'd swear he did nothing.. God Bless you Dr. Coates, your wonderful. I highly respect you. I thank God for allowing me to travel 3 hrs. for the best care ever. And I will be on the next train smoking for my next appointment. ~God is good~"
