"First impression was great. Seemed very caring. Answered all my questions. Looked me in the eye and actually hugged me before I left. So far all of the staff has been helpful. Takes a while to get a return call. I am still pre-op but as of now I would rate him a 10. I will let you know if that changes after surgery! :-)
Now that I am 5 months post-op and doing well...I can truly say that he is my HERO! He has given me a chance at a life I had never thought I would have. Simply heaven sent. I will never ever forget him!"
