Hi Roxanne, I will read your poem on Poetry.com, I also have several poems on Poetry.com I wanted to wish you good luck on your surgery, I am having Surgery on the same day. I will be sending up prayers for all of us having surgery on July 29th. Know that you are not alone, I was abused as a child by my step-father and I was raped by a stranger when I was 13. I did not realize that I was not alone until my Freshman year in College. Since then, I have obtained a Degree in Women's Studies, Worked as a student coordinator of our Women's Center, counceled women that have been sexually assulted, and abused and organized, spoken at and supported "Take Back The Night" Rally's.
