Flap...Flap...Flap...Sub-angel checking in. Sherry had her surgery this morning and came through with flying colors. Dr. Matthews came out after the surgery and was very pleased and answered all of our questions. He seems to be a terrific doctor. Anyway, Sherry's pain seem to be under control except for some incisional spasms. Otherwise, she is breathing well, coughing with her BIG teddy bear tucked up to her incision and dozing peacefully with her morphine pump. Dear hubby Bob was spending the night to care for her. Way to go Bob! Sherry's at UC hospital in Cincinnati in a lovely room with a bariatric bed and Bob. It doesn't get much better than that!
