"Very Christian and soft-spoken gentlemen - thorough in his tests - I have a nickel allergy so he referred me to an allergist to be sure about the titanium staples. His staff has been available to me every time I call even checking with Dr. Sabback while I was on the phone - that really helped me decide - I want someone, especially the nurse or doctor, to be available. So far, Jean [his insurance person] has been most helpful getting all the necessary paperwork together. It is a process. All tests and lab work points to a favorable decision."
