Jowana, you will be in my prayers tonight and I wish you a bright colorful new life. I am seeing my Dr. tomorrow to try to get a date when my husband can be with me. Angel reporting in for duty: Our DEAR JOWANA is back in the hospital, as many of you know. She developed a LEAK, and they are expecting it to heal on it's own. PLEASE send up PRAYERS for her SPEEDY recovery, and STOP by her page and WISH her WELL. I just got off of the phone with her, and she is in good spirits, AS USUAL. Jowana has been such a PILLAR OF STRENGTH to so many of us. She has never complained, and still says she has no regrets. She wanted me to say HI to everyone and she says that this is just "set-back", she knows that God will take of her. Jowana YOU are an INCREDIBLE WOMAN...and I sure do LUV you!!! We are all praying for you SWEETIE!

I am so sorry to hear that you are back in the hospital with a drainage problem. It's hard when there are little ssetbacks like this. But that is what it is ... a "little setback". I just wanted to send you some love and support as well as to let you know you'll be in my thoughts and prayers. Take care and God bless!

Hi everbody, its Monday night 10:58 p.m. Ihad my surgery on the 22nd, and have great with , toady I had the attack of the good ole gas pains ,which I find has been the worst kind of pain so far,but I finally had a decent B.M.(yuck I know) but it helped me soooo much.I really think this surgery wasn't as bad as I had made it out to be,though I'm glad I over-estimated the pain thing.Already I would do it again in a drop of a hat or in a heartbeat,yes I would. I just can't wait for the pounds to start dropping, I am so impatient aint I,yep sure am, oh well ,you can't have it all I guess.I do want to thank my dear sweet angels,Benita , Cheryl L. , and Rhonda Davis,you were all super at your jobs as an angel. i also want to say continue doing good to all my surgery Buddies , Stephanie E. and Jacqui L and Iam sure I hav missed somone, sorry if I did didn't mean too.The only hard part so far , besides the gas paines today has been to have any appetite at all, its kinda scay don't you all think so? this flips me out. Need to go and get ready for bed I still tire pretty easy,guess thats the norm though,I'll try and post again soon, I've really missed you all so much, and by the way my family that was with me was the greatest, I doo love them so very much,later my friends!!!!!!

This is an Angel report from Cheryl...I spoke to Jowana this morning and she sounded a lot stronger and more like her usual sweet self. She was having her "first meal" of broth and jello and is looking forward to coming home tomorrow. Have a safe journey back home, Jowana, and we'll catch up with you via the internet.
