"My first impression is that he is concerned, experienced. His nurse is Ileen, is frendly and very helpful and I could tell she is doing what she likes. They really emphasize particpation in their monthly support group. I was very impressed with the one I attended so far. I'm sure the group will be more helpful after surgery. The risk of surgery were explained in detail. They use several preventative measures, but expalined that there can still be complicatins. I'm still pre-op so I will hold further comments til after. I do feel pretty confident having him as a surgeon. I believe that surgical competence is better than bedside manner, I will take that over anything else."
