"the nursing care is substandard and ineffective for any patient in a post op situation, the bathroom are small as well as the semi private rooms. as a nurse myself i can attest that i have never seen poorer patient care in my 16 year career !!!!!!!!!!!"

"consult with surgeon scheduled for wednesday 11/6/02. Consult with Dr Michael Schuhknecht was completed on November 6, 2002. He was very professional and down to earth. He is straight forward and gives an informed and interesting presentation on all aspects of the procedure, pre and post op and lifetime follow up care requirements. His staff is very receptive and friendly, his star helper CHUCKIE, she is very attentive to your needs and reliable, she keeps up with all progress on your file and always returns calls. He stated at our meeting that upon the receipt of my letter of support and psych eval that a Decemeber date is anticipated by the second week. He was refered to me by previous patients, i went to a support group at Bi County Hospital to see him in action. He is truly a people person and a highly reccomended and skilled surgeon. He has a very structured after care program, he has a support group, and upcoming internet service. From what i have been told he has excellent bdisde manners. My experience will be posted when i join you on the otheside of wls. lol"
