Tammy, Try Crystal Light (I loved the peach tea) I couldn't drink water at all for the first 6 weeks. I found if I had the crystal light, and drank it with a straw it helped a LOT. Also, I took a clear pitcher, and measured out 16 /32 & 64 oz. and marked with a marker each measurment on the pitcher. Then I just watched that pitcher carefully to make sure I was getting close to what I needed. Also, Freezer pops, sf fudgecicles etc. count. So does jello. Just keep tryin. You will get better and better with time. Tami

Hello fellow loser. I too had my surgery on Monday, October 7th. I had mine at Fairfax. I know it is hard to drink, please try, Crystal lite has some good flavors, and honey my friend had the surgery and told me to eat popscils (spelling). Honey the sugar free works well and taste great as well as the all fruit frozen bars. I also had my husband to dilute and strain the broth from vegetable soup and that is very yummy. Good luck and keep posted please. We are truly in it together. Jaymie
