Hey Everyone!!! Angel on duty and happy to report that Laura had a successful surgery yesterday and was actually discharged this morning. She is doing very well, walking around and sipping her water slowly....She actually started her surgery a little later than planned but it was over in about an hour and forty five minutes and she was doing her first "lap" around the nurses station 2 hours later with all of us cheering her on!! The nurses actually asked HER to slow down!! So I will sign off my angel duty by saying "WELCOME TO THE LOSER'S CLUB LIL SIS...SO GLAD YOU COULD JOIN US!" Love you much, your big sis.....

Hi, Laura! Thanks for the inspiration! I've read a particular post of yours, and it just made me feel wonderful. We really are doing this for ourselves, nothing can take away this feeling of rightness that I have right now, all of the years of heartache about our weight are almost over!
