"Dr Coates is wonderful! Very kind - puts you right at ease. My surgery went well - had some complications due to scar tissue from past surgeries - but was still able to have lap procedure. The only problem is his office staff. When you go to your scheduled appointments, be prepared to sit in the waiting room for AT LEAST 45 minutes past your scheduled appointment time, and then you'll be seen by a physician's assistant, not Dr Coates. I am now being seen by my primary care physician again - I don';t have time to sit that long each time I have an appointment. "
