"I just erased my previous posting about my surgeon because i have changed to Dr. Wongsa. I started with NeWeigh and Dr. Jay. I have to give their office credit for doing the paperwork for my insurance approval. They worked quickly on that. I especially want to thank Leigh for her words of encouragement. I made the decision to change surgeons after i had my surgery rescheduled not once but twice. I will not get into a big detail about it but i will say they need to realize what an impact this makes on someones life when they are planning such a life changing event. Now on to my new found friends at Dr. Wongsa's office. First i want to thank Dee, she is the first person who took my phone call the afternoon i had my bad news that my surgery was cancelled just three days before i was to have it. Needless to say she had to deal with a very emotional me!!!! She was so kind and gave me hope. Now as for Dr. Wongsa, i emailed him that evening after his offices were closed telling him my long sob story. In less than one hour he personally emailed me back on a friday evening! Per his instructions i called Ruth that monday morning and she was able to get me worked in for a consultation. I had that today and they have already given me another surgery date! HOW COOL IS THAT! I will continue to update in my profile so please follow along as i continue on my adventure! "
