"My husband had this same surgery nearly 4 months back, therefore when I met him for my surgery, I really already trusted him (even though I had never met him due to my work schedule and three kids keeping me at home when hubby had his surgery).
The office staff are the best. I swear I think I must bug them to death, however, they never act as though I do. I call them for the silliest things, I did this when my husband was preparing for his surgery too--they didn't mind then either. This clinic and the staff are completely accessable. They have a program to get you through the entire process. A support group meets monthly as well. All of the risks and proceedures were discussed with me prior to me even speaking to the doctor himself. No pressure whatsoever. I would give Dr. Booth and his staff a 10+, although I do not know what is best about the doctor and his staff as far as surgical competance, bedside manner, etc...they far exceed my expectations of the medical community.
