"Dr. Ross Davies - My first impression of Dr. Davies was immediate trust. He has a presence about him that just made me feel relaxed and comfortable. The office staff is just terrific! They were all polite and eager to assist me in getting the surgery approved. Dr. Davies program emphasizes the aftercare program highly. He has a wonderful support group which I will be attending before and after surgery. Dr. Davies quite frankly told me that patients had died from having this surgery. He continued to emphasize that this was MAJOR surgery and it was a life-changing step. I would give Dr. Davies the highest overall rating. After I have the surgery, I will address his surgical competence and bedside manner. I am VERY impressed at this time with the total program he offers. POST-OP: Dr. Davies surgical competence and bedside manner are both excellent! He is very cautious with his patients; making sure that they are well taken care of no matter what time of day or night it is. I continue to be VERY impressed with him and his program."
