Richard Zeri

"Dr. Zeri showed no compassion at all to the situation I was facing. He had the bedside manner of a hang man. Everything had to be his way as if a true dictator. I say this because of his way of handling my situation with a third-party pay program. When I consulted his superiors about matters, Dr. Zeri then dropped me like a hot rock and refused to even do my surgery. This worked to put everything off after a being given a long time surgery date. Zeri is a member of a three doctor team of plastic surgeons at ECU of which he met with after getting angry with me. As a result of his input about my consulting his superiors, every doctor in the whole office denied to render me services because of his negative input. He had gotten angry with me after consulting higher authorities about his negative mannersims as a professional doctor. He has now thrown my whole life behind at least a year as I am a student and have school terms to consider in my time frame. That is what the whole mess was about in trying to secure those surgery dates in a time that would allow me not to miss a semester or even a whole year of my last year of college. He portrayed a non-caring attitude with no remorse or empathy when asking him to reconsider his decision of denial based out of his anger and negative dispostition. I guess it was better to find out about him now than when I am being sliced open. How do you regain a whole year you lose that only a doctor and God has the power and ability to make you lose? I do not recommend this doctor for anyone who looks for descent respsect consideration or empathy from a supposedly caring professional doctor. You're on your own if you go. I am sure there is someone with a heart in the field somewhere, but you definitely need to look somewhere else than here!!!!"

Michael Brayant

"For all who read this, know that this is my third doctor. My first doctor which was in Wilmington was Dr. Olchowski, which has had many, many medical descrepancies. All this stuff with him allowed me to be shifted over to another doctor in Wilmington named Dr. David Miles. Dr. Miles allowed me to get all my preliminaries in an effort to be done by open procedure. After all was completed, he then strung me along all through the long moratorium imposed on New Hanover County Hospital concerning bariatric surgeries. On a visit made to be my pre-op appointment for testing, Dr. Miles retracted his offer to do me open and prescribed me to lose 70 lbs in an effort to be continue later with the laproscopic surgery by him. This stupidity allowed me to be shifted again to yet another physician which I found in Fayetteville. This doctor is named Dr. Michael Brayant. He was very courteous, informative, polite, and empathetic with my struggles which have been abundantly more than my above inputs. Dr. Brayant has scheduled me for the surgery within the next two weeks. He definately is the greatest already. <b> <i> <u>I ALREADY LOVE YOU, DR. BRAYANT : )</b> </i> </u>"
