"I think the hospital needs to find PCT's that might like to work. Doreen is the only PCT who is there to actually care for the patient. The others like to do nothing or talk about themselves 24/7. It is really sad when you are trying to get to the restroom and you are tangled in your IV because of course that is the way one of the PCT's put you in bed, you have had the nurse bell ringing for 20 minutes, by the time you get out of the bed still tangled in the IV, you urinate on the floor because no one helps you but you can hear 2 of them outside of your room talking about dental hygienists. Now that is sad. I had to scream out the door to get anyone even near me. I guess finding a good dental hygienist is much more important."

"He had the surgery himself so I thought that was a very positive thing. He seems very sure of himself, friendly but kind of quiet. The office staff is absolutely wonderful. Most of the staff has had the surgery. They have a very structured program for aftercare. They have meetings and they even take you on trips to the grocery store if you are someone who has a problem choosing the proper things to eat. They also have a chaplain for spiritual guidance. I think this is a very competent surgical group. They have a very high success rate."
