"Dr. Grecco spent a half hour explaining the procedures to me. He was very informative and I didn't feel rushed. He examined me and then spent time once again answering questions and detailing the actual procedure. His staff is very friendly and helpful. Dr. Grecco will also do what he can to have insurance approve and precert procedures. I found him to be honest and upfront."

"The nursing staff was great...unfortunately when I came out of surgery there were no icu beds and I had to spend the first night and second day in the recovery room(NO privacy). I was finally moved to a regular room at 3pm the following day. I was extremely upset because my husband and friend waited all day and were given exactly two minutes to pop in and see me in the recovery room after my surgery had been over for hours! And then they had to leave because visitors are not allowed in the recovery room. I found this experience very distasteful. "

"I saw him on June 21, 2002. I found Dr. Borao to be very informative about the surgical procedure. He spent the time to answer all my questions and go over the procedure from start to finish. I feel totally confident with him as the surgeon. The office staff seemed very pleasant. The one extremely dissappointing moment came when I tried to book the surgery and was told the next available date for surgery wasn't until Feb. 2003. I took it but am very unhappy that I must wait until then, but he is booked!"
