"I loved Dr. Bolar the first time I met him. He answered all my questions, and was very understanding. I am so used to physicians treating overweight people like second class citizens, but he made me feel totally comfortable. His patients all have wonderful things to say about him. I went to a support meeting in Georgetown in July and his thanked him over and over for his support and his help giving them their life back.
I have to admit I have been a little frustrated with his staff, they are a little slow to return phone calls. And I first faxed my insurance card to them the first of April and it took the muntil the middle of May to call me for my first appointment. My first appointment was July 9th. So it took from the first of April until July 9th to get in to see him."
