Westchester County Medical Center White Plains Div

"My pre-op experience was wonderful, my surgeon and team were wonderful, the OR staff was wonderful. The PACU staff was wonderful. However, when I was switched to the fourth floor. It was hell. I did not expect one on one care, but I did not expect my morphine to be left empty for over an hour, or my potassium chloride to be run dry twice, about two hours each. My IV blew and no tended to it for half a day, then told me I should have told someone. I was yelled at to eat the food they served by the nurse and the on-call dietician and then my surgeon saw the tray and said please don't eat any of that. I also waited for water for two hours and was told not to get out of bed. I felt so much better once I was out of that hospital. "

Thomas Cerabona

"Dr. Cerabona clearly knows what he is talking about. After my first meeting with him, I felt a great sense of calmness, and I knew I was making the right choice. He is very straightforward and explains things in layman's terms. Although he is EXTREMELY busy, he will take the time to sit down and talk to you and make sure that you understand every aspect of this surgery. His staff, Phyllis and Liz are also fantastic. "

cheryl kestenbaum

"She was very down-to-earth, spoke in layman's terms, and very blunt. She tells it like it is and she knows what she's talking about..a very positive experience."
