"Dr. Schreiber is a no nonsense professional. He is extremely well versed in the field and I was duly impressed with the candor he displayed. After some initial problems with the scheduling staff (due to a lack of help that has been corredted) the process has been very smooth. The fact that I was able to get the reports and send them to my patient rep via e-mail was very helpful in expiditing the process. I was impressed how the group worked seamlessly with my insurer to gain approval for the surgery. This process takes time, but it importatnt to realize that all parties working together, without animosity, can get the job doene in a reasonable time. It is now onward and upward with a December 1, 2003 tentative surgery date. "
