"My first impression of Dr. Lane was that he was very knowledgable. he took his time answering our questions and made sure that we understood everything including the complications that could arise. The office staff seemed very nice. We really didn't get a chance to really talk to the staff as they were extremely busy this day. Dr. Lane encouraged us to research and become knowledgable of WLS. He didn't have a support program but told us about the one in warren. He did say that this is very important. To make sure you have a good support system. So far I would rate Dr. Lane at a 10"
