"I was referred to Northwestern Memorial Hospital's Wellness Institute my by Health Plan. After being approved to see a surgeon about surgery on April 30, I was referred to Jay B. Prystowsky. I met with Dr. Prystowsky on July 29th! He was really nice. Very pleasant, upfront. He stated very clearly that the bulk of this lies on me and my commitment! I AGREE! I have only met with him the one time so far. His staff have ALL been very nice and pleasant to deal with. Risks were all explained very clearly and upfront. I would rate that Dr. Prystowsky, by my meeting of him, and reputation, as Excellent so far! "
