Hi all! Today I am 2 weeks post op and all is going well. Thank you all so much for your prayers and good wishes. I came home from TGH on Sun 8/17/03 and am getting better every day. Lost 25 lbs so far, I'm thrilled! It feels better already. Wed I have an appt with the dietician who will hopefully help me adjust to what I believe is lactose intolerance. It makes me queasy. Bummer. I am still sore from the surgery, but no real pain. I sleep in bed, propped up on pillows, and can't wait to sleep on my side. Most days I spend alot of time in the recliner watching tv. At least I can get around and pretty much take care of myself. Got sick yesterday for the first time, and I think it has to do with the yogurt I ate. It then gives me heartburn and made me sick. I am still sore from that this morning.
