"First impression was that he was a pretty serious man. I appreciated that since I am VERY serious about this surgery. Once we got through all of the surgery details and the Q & A part of the consult, I started to see the more personable side of him. I liked that he offered to give me a name and phone # of a reference before I asked him for one. (Funny thing is that I've contacted that VERY SAME person already thanks to this web site!)
The office staff seemed incredibly busy. I wouldn't say they were rude, just very busy with trying to keep up with all of their patients and paperwork. I also wouldn't say they were overly friendly either though.
Dr. Rivera covered the aftercare details pretty well. He gave me copies of everything to keep which is nice to have.
