Maria, thanks for your support and prayers. Actually I feel calm and confident going into this surgery and have placed my future in God's hands. I've done so much research and once I got my date I suddenly felt very calm. It was the uncertainty of not knowing if I would find a surgeon who would take my insurance that made me nervous and anxious. Just keep breathing slowly and soon you will be post-op. Tricia

We both had open rny's in 2001. Mine (Doug, aka: OLD RODEO CLOWN PANTS), was in Oct and I have lost 215 lbs. I started at 450!!!! My sweet wife, Nancy, had hers in June and has lost 110 lbs. Maria WOW!your day is almost here! I know you are going through a whirlwind of emotions about now as the day draws nearer......
