"The biggest problem of my whole journey to surgery. He told me that he would send in my paperwork on the Friday after my appointment. Two weeks later I called my Dr.'s office to see if it was received. No. I called him and he said that he would fax it out... TOMORROW. This man is in a professional position and he doesn't even have a fax machine. He had to go to the local mail stop to fax it. Another week goes by, my Dr.'s office still hasn't received anything. At that point I decided to call him every hour on the hour. Two days later my Dr.'s office received his report. I am not the first person to have complaints about Mr. Winger. I went to him because he was closest to my town. I suggest that if anyone is referred to him ask for another referral. One more problem, he doesn't seem to understand much about the surgery. "
