** Swing low, sweet Angel wings!** Here's an update on a very sweet AMOS member, Ellen. After a LONG and challenging, uphill effort, she is finally scheduled for surgery on Tuesday morning. She has graciously allowed me to do angel duty. This lady is a real trooper and deserves our best wishes. She has a cold and we're praying that it doesn't delay the surgery. So please, add Ellen to your prayer list and visit her surgery page with your encouraging comments. Angel, off and singing "Swing low..."

Ellen~ Best wishes to you when you cross over to "the other side". My surgery is the same day as yours (Lap RNY, Dr. Champion, Atlanta, GA) and I wish you all the luck and success in the world! :)

I know this is a little early, but I am having my surgery tomorrow morning and don't know if I will be up to sitting at the computer when your big day arrives. I wanted to be sure to take a minute to let you know that there are strangers you will probably never meet who are praying for your speedy recovery. Good luck and God Bless!

Ellen, i am so sorry to hear of the problems you are having with trying to have your wls done. Hang in there and give that ins co a good swift kick in the ass. Do not give up , sometimes you have to plsy there games just so they know you are meant to have this wls done. Do not let them win! Let them know that they are not going to miss with you, and that you are going to get them to pay for this wls for you! i will keep you in my prayers.
