WELL HI THERE EVERYONE!!! I NOW SIT HERE, AT HOME, AT MY COMPUTER, 6 DAYS AFTER I LAST WROTE. GOT HOME ON FRIDAY 11-9-01 ABOUT 1:30 I THINK. MY SWEET ANGEL TERE BROUGHT ME HOME AND GOT ME SETTLED IN. i WAS HARD TO GET USED TO BEING AT HOME AND HOW DIFFERENT IT WAS THAN THE HOSPITAL. FINALLY FIGURED OUT HOW TO GET MY BED ELEVATED AND NOW THINGS ARE GOOD!!!!SLEPT FOR 4 1/2 HOURS LAST NITE WAS UP FOR ABOUT 1 1/2 THEN SLEPT AGAIN FOR 4...HOW GREAT THAT WAS, WITHOUT ANYONE TAKING MY PULSE, B/P OR TEMP....YEAH!!! WELL ENOUGH FOR NOW, I'M GETTING ALITTLE TIRED WITH SUCH A BUSY DAY AT HOME, BUT FEEL GREAT... ALSO CANDICE LOKEY CAME BY WITH HER MOTHER BARBARA. IT WAS THE FIRST TIME WE HAD MET, AND IT WAS NICE...SHE WAS SO KINDA AND BROUGHT ME SOME JUICE, AS I CAN'T GET OUT YET..SHE HAD THE SURGERY IN 1-01 AND HAS LOST OVER 130 LBS....U GO CANDICE.... THANKS EVERYONE, INCASE I FORGOT TO MENTION YOU...GOOD NITE..

******TA DAAAAAAA!****** Another Angel has crossed over to the other side ! Kris came through her surgery with flying colors! Another Loser Chick !!!!!!!! She will be in ICU for a day then to her room. I will call this morning for an update....The best of her life is to come and she is so very deserving !

Good evening.....here I sit about twelve hours before I need to be at Enloe Hospital in Chico, ca. I hope I got everything done that I was to do..so much goes thru your head the day before the surgery, especially when you are a single Mom and a Business owner...My best friend and Angel, Tere took me out for my last supper on Friday nite...IT WAS GREAT!!! and I know I can have everything that i ate that nite again, just very small portions( and that is alright)...She also gave me a care package today( all her leftovers from her surgery) she takes such good care of me!!!Tere will be at my house about 4 a.m. to get to Chico on time, we are both crazy about being on time or early. She will stay at the hospital until my surgery is done(I think),she is a very busy woman and I really appreciate everything she does for me!!I'm adding a before pic of me, so I can remember just how I looked. I think you never realize how heavy you are until you see a pic....YUCK!!! But that will be gone forever thanks to Dr. Cooper....thank you everyone who wrote to me and wished me well...I don't know you , but I love ya xoxoxoxox talk to ya all soon...see ya all on the other side!!!!!
