I meet Dr. Gaar with my husband and found the doctor to very thorough and caring.

STARTING over. Dr. Jeffery Allen is the only doctor in Louisville, Ky will do a surgery called Lap-Band. I've met with him and is starting the whole process over.

Will I guess his office is O.K. But it is very diffcult to get a phone call returned. Kind in my, his office is very busy."
