"When I went to see Dr. Allen, he was very personable. He was short on time as every doctor is, but he answered the questions I had at the time. This was something that was suggested to me by my regular doctor, so I was not very prepared to ask questions, but now that I know a little more about it, I have many more questions. I am just waiting for insurance approval so I can go back to Dr. Allen and make a date after asking my new questions. 09/10/01-- I have not heard from Dr. Allen's office, I have called Lynetta and when I talk to her, she is very polite and sweet, but something is not right. Either she had not sent any information to my insurance company or they are not responding. When I ask about the pre-determination, I get the run around. Any one else have this problem?"
