I just want to say thank you to the two very special people who have offered to be my ANGELS while I'm in hospital. Cindy Simonson(my long-time online buddy from Minot,ND), and Christie Dale from Deatsville, AL who is having her surgery on April 26 also by Dr. Seay. Thanks guys.... you're the grrrreatest!

I'm BACKKKKKKK... Home 2 days now... feeling alittle stronger and better each day. I had a very positive experience with the exception of not really understanding just how horrendous the pain of the operation actually was. I literally thought I would die while in ICU. It's definitely gotten better, so all you chickens out there...don't wimp out because of me.. listen my friends, I'm the ultimate wussie chicken-head. If I can do it anyone can!

Hi, I just called the hospital and talked to Jerry, Kay's husband. He said she's doing well. She's been in and out of bed and will be going home in the morning! (Sunday) She was sleeping again, so I haven't been able to talk to her. I'm happy to share that it sounds like it's all going well, with no complications. Way to go Kay!!

Hi again, Kay has moved into a regular room and is spending her time sleeping. I haven't been able to speak to her, but her husband says she's ok, on pain meds.

I spoke with Kay's DH, Jerry who tells me that Kay's surgery went very well. He did say she was in LOTS of pain. Let's all keep Kay in our thoughts and prayers during her recovery!!!
