hello my dear angel,i sure hope this has been a good day for you i know you were to go for your check up today.sabrina thank you for your encouragement,support,and love.it meant a great deal to me when you popped your head in my room,and called me after you went home.youve gave me courage,and determination.it has been hard,but by the grace of God,and friends like you,and one heck of a loving family i am gonna be 100% good to go.lol i walk all the time but keep overdoing it my sis says so i guess i need to space myself.any how enough for now.i want to know what the update is on you.so give it to us girl.i know itll be good.i just wanted to let you know your my hero.and GOD BLESS YOU.love tammy

I wuld just like to take the time to thank everyone for all your kind thoughts & especially ALL your great prayers. I think I may have been a bit lost if it had not been for this angels nest I stumbled in called ObesityHelp.Com. I have met in person a few wonderful people through this site and a very big hug & kiss to Cheryl for being there for me then & now, though she didn't have to be. I really appreciated the the visit in the hospital. I would also like to send my love & support to Tammy Lanier, she has SO much courage & God's angels have hepled her through one of the most difficult times she has faced.

09/28/02 Hey Sabrina, Praise God you are doing well. I am Tammy's Sister Trisha,I updated more on her you can see, I however did go back and change something's from the first time because of sitting here scared when I wrote it. I was upset of them leg things you talked of it took till 9 for Tammy to get them that was 15 mins after I got there. I am like you walk walk walk she needed to but in her condition at the time could not so I wanted them things on her legs A.S.A.P. so they went from room to room to find one. You going by her room uplifted her in so many ways, thank you so much she was happy and is now up and going to the bathroom and lil walks they said it was a pinhole and it should heal on its on. when you where in there my Mom told me they told you, you could go home and you told them NA.. i; ll wait till next day, i told her and she thought the same way, that was so SMART. You did the right thing. that's why if Tammy has to stay till whenever that's great with us. Im so glad you did good and now you can go on them rollercoaster rides soon with your kids :) thank God and thank you for My Sis and us being in your prayers, You also are in ours. thank you for writing for Tammy. I hope you two can see or talk to one another someday soon and just laugh over all of it and just keep lifting other up and sharing yawl's two information with others. Love in Christ, Trisha

Good luck on your coming surgery. My prayers are with you, and hoping for an uneventful surgery, and a speedy, painfree recovery. Keep your focus on healing. Make sure you walk, and keep up your breathing exercise. YOU CAN DO THIS! See you on the other side.
