"The Nursing staff for most part was AWESOME! I trully love Alice She is wonderfull Alice made me feel so great! She didn't make me feel embarrassed at all and when I was out walking she was there routing me on even if she wasn't my asigned nurse that day. She works the 7am-7pm shift. Olga She was wonderfull . She was very sweet and gentle. 7am-7pm. I had Mar for the first overnight (friday night sat morning) She was an angel. Deloris I had her two nights 7pm-7am weekend and she was nice too. Special Thanks to Alice, Olga and Mar(((((Huggles))))) You are the BEST! I hope that every patient even once in there stay gets these ladies."

"First impression of him was made before I even met him. His website gave me so much information about him ,his staff and his values of wls. His lived up to his first impression when I met with him on 10/14/03. My impression is stronger now that I met him in person. His office staff are the best!!! Inise is wonderful she cares and that is important. His future patients should know that he cares about his patients and he isn't someone who will just say yes and give you the surgery....you meet with his staff because he cares about you and wants to be sure that you are ready. Aftercare has been stressed not only by him but his staff. He was open and honest about the risks of surgery. "
