Hi everyone! Thank you to those who have posted good wishes...it must be working! I am 4 weeks post op, back to work almost full time and feeling pretty good. AND have lost 24 lbs FOREVER!! Thank you God and WLS! AJ

Thank you all for your kind words. I am 4 days preop and am very nervous. I am busy preparing work and home so I am able to relax and invest in some well deserved 'ME TIME' post op. These pages of wisdom and words are very comforting. Thank goodness for this website!

AJ, best wishes for your upcoming surgery. I had mine last November, and I have never had a single regret. One thing that may help to remember is that the nervousness is over with when you wake up in the recovery room to your new life.
