Deborah: Thanks for the update. I'm so happy things are progressing so well for you! I wish you continued success and much more relief from your Fibromyalgia (I've got it too!) My open RNY is scheduled for Tuesday (4/4). Please keep me in your prayers and stay in touch.

Hi all, I wanted to thank everyone for their support for me. It has been about 7 weeks since my surgery and I am doing good. I've lost approx. 40 pounds so far and my blood pressure seems to be going down, I don't need to use my cpap machine and haven't had to take a sleeping pill for almost a month. My fibromyalgia seems to be better also. I still get sick from eating certain foods, especially if I eat too quickly. This has been a pretty good experience for me so far. I have lost inches as well as pounds but don't know how much so far. Again, thanks for all the support and kindness.

Deborah, how did it go? I sure hope you had the RNY, not the VBG! LOL I know you were concerned about the surgery being the right one. Well, what happened? Keep us posted.....Teresa
