"I really like Dr Nielsen, because he is very compassionate and put me at ease right away. His office staff is also very good. His bedside manner is very good, I know he is very busy, but I felt like he could have spent more time with me. Also, after care is difficult, if I have any questions he is very hard to reach, because he is very busy. He informed me of all risks and was willing to answer any questions I had. He is an excellent surgeon."
