"I had gotten the impression from other members of this site that Dr. OMalley was not that friendly, but i got the complete opposite impression when i met him in person. Both he and his secretary were VERY VERY helpful. When i first arrived at his office, there was some confusion about which waiting room to go to, etc., but the Dr. was running right on time. Our initial meeting was very informative, and he made sure that i knew that this surgery was only a tool in a weight loss plan. There is a very strict follow-up appointment plan after surgery which helped a great deal to ease my mind about going under the knife. Out of all the other surgeons i researched, i would not feel comfortable going to any other Doctor but William OMalley.."
