"Dr. Quinlan is a very impressive man who seems genuinely caring and respective of his patients. My first meeting with him was very positive and our personalities just seemed to connect. His office staff appear very organized and well trained. On my initial office visit, the wait was only approx. 15 minutes. The second office visit, unfortunately I was delayed in traffic and I called to ask if he could still see me and he did agree even though I arrived 25 minutes late! I was very impressed with him at both visits. He is very thorough and he makes sure you are aware of all aspects of your decision."
