HI I am with you on hating water but, I have found that you can add splenda to any koolaid its kinda weaker and not as sweet but helps and when I get really tired of water I find other things, broth, tea, soup...now that is a good way to get water and nutritian I am just 2 weeks out and am learning to be creative, I know I am not getting the water in but feel if I keep trying I will do OK.
