Dearest Jules~~ I just want to tell u that im sooooooooooo happy for u...whether its 30 or 31..girl u look great!! Im so proud of u and am so excited to b right there with u on the losing side!! As far as yr neighbors comment...maybe u should remind him that "big girls" kick butt!!!LOL Lovin U MORE!!!

Congrats Julie. You did it! The hard parts now over. I wish you all the best of luck for a speedy recovery. I hope you use your new tool to it's fullest. Theres a whole new world waiting ahead for you. Welcome to the otherside. :)

Julie had surgery as expected on Tuesday. We found out before they took her to surgery that what she thought was going to be a 2 1/2 hour surgery was going to be more like 4 hours. The waiting to hear something was awful. Finally the doctor come in a little after 11 am and told us that everything had gone expected and she would be in recovery for about an hour. At 4pm that afternoon she decided she wanted to get out of bed and sit in the recliner in her room, which to me was amazing considering all the pain she was in and the medication she was on but she did it. I went and saw her tonight and she is doing GREAT and hopefully she will get to come home on Friday.
