Hi Keith! Big congratulations on your surgery date! I bet you are so excited! Just hang in there and try to be patient! Don’t worry if you are nervous, scared, excited or go through a thousand of different emotions. This is all normal, so go with the flow! Remember that we’re all family here and we’re here to give you our support, lend an ear and to not judge. Keith I hope and pray everything goes well for you from the insurance approval to the actual surgery and of course afterwards too. It will all work out and may you see the fruits of it all. 1. When you have lost all the weight and your body thanks you for it and you do things you havent done in a while and feel great better than you have in a long time 2. when you look at yourself in the mirror and see with your own eyes the loss of weight and enjoy that added perk of looking good. there will be so many too numerous to list here but you will know what they are.
