"I had surgery with Dr Lane on 2-20-01. He was incredibly nice the morning before, assuring me he was well rested and I was his first of the day. He was with me when I woke up from Anesthesia nad had the kindest reassuring look in his eyes, that helped me immediately to ride out the stomach spasms. I remember at one point grabbing his arm and he gently held my hand for a minute til i relaxed. He came to see me every day post op, and answered all my questions very detailed. I was in the BTC hospital for 3 1/2 days, and would rate the hospital itself an 80%. It is under construction and I heard all the banging and whatnot from about 8am til 7 or 8pm at night. Some of the nursing staff was a bit harsh, but for the most part I would rate them all in general a 90%. The precare and after care staff I would rate %95. I can say all in all I would use the BTC again without question."
