^j^Angel Report^j^ -- Kerry made it through the surgery with flying colors. Just a few hours after surgery she was up walking. I called and spoke with her this morning and she sounded really great. She had her leak test and is waiting on the results so the can get the NG tube out. She said she is feeling fine and that the morphine pump is a great thing. I think she refered to it as her best friend for right now lol. She was super sleepy so I said I would call back later tonight. Her DH is being a sweetheart and helping as much as he can. I will keep you all posted as she progresses along.

Kerry, Congratulations on your surgery tomorrow! I wish you well on your journey to weight loss! Please keep everyone posted on how you're recovering. My surgery is scheduled for 10/25/01 and I'm very anxious! The best thing is knowing that we will always have ongoing support from all of our other WLS buddies. May God be with you!

Hi everyone!! Kerry here, in the flesh. Well, after tomorrow, theres going to be a LOT less flesh on this old body of mine! LOL Cant wait to be healthy again. I wanted to thank everyone who wrote me with their blessings, and especially my awesome angel, Karon Cranfill... you make me feel so good Karon, your emails and support help me through many days! You will all be on my mind tomorrow, as I am being wheeled into the OR. I am finally starting my journey to the "other side". I wanted to wish everyone Good Luck in their journeys... whether its just starting or youre at your goal weight. God Bless Us All!

^j^ Angel here getting my wings ready. Kerry is going to be starting her journey to the other side at 12:30 tomorrow. Woohoo Kerry! I just wanted to say "Way to go Kerry!" You are making the journey to a new life. God Speed on your recovery and best wishes to your new life. I will update tomorrow after she comes out of surgery. Her (DH)Glen will be there to help her make the first steps. I am so proud of you sweety! Keep up the great attitude. We love you,
