"Dr. Jay seemed to be a nice person. He took the time to answer any questions even thought he had a waiting room full of patients. I didn't feel rushed and he was very through in explaining how the procedure would take place. At NeWeigh they really stress the after care program. The only complaint that I had was apparently he is only in NeWeigh's office for one day a week so I had to wait 3 hours to see him and another hour until I left. While waiting I got to meet post op patients and they all reashured me that I was making the right decision and the procedure hadn't been that bad for them all. I would recommend Dr. Jay to anyone. "
