Brenda, good luck to you on your upcoming surgery. I know it seems like such a long wait but it will sneak up on you!!! Take this time to START!! START PROTEIN, START WALKING, START EXERCISE, START DRINKING WATER!!!! You will make your surgery and recovery much easier if you START NOW!!! My husband and I both had our open rny's at Pacific Bariatric too!! We had Dr. Rumsey and we just adore him. We had the best care both at the clinic and at the hospital. We have lost a combined total of 315 lbs so far and have 30 or so to go. You are going to do fine too!!!!!! Please look for a very special msg from us in your email. GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
