MICHELLE, I READ YOUR POST THIS MORNING AND I SEE YOU ARE VERY CONCERNED. I HAVE NOT HAD MY SURGERY YET, BUT I READ THIS SITE EVERY DAY. I THINK IT MIGHT BE TIME TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT WITH YOUR DOCTOR TO SEE WHAT DIET YOU SHOULD FOLLOW AT THIS POINT. I HAVE SPOKEN TO SEVERAL PEOPLE WHO TOLD ME THEY TRY TO KEEP THEIR CARBS UNDER 20 MG A DAY UNTIL ALL THEIR WEIGHT IS OFF. THAT IS WHAT I PLAN TO DO. EAT MOSTLY PROTIEN. GOOD LUCK TO YOU.

Michelle---I'm so sorry to hear about the plateau you are experiencing and your feelings of failing. But there is one important thing you have to remember...it is NEVER too late. I have seriously fallen off the wagon over the holidays. I know the guilt that that can cause. But...both you and I obviously KNOW what we're doing wrong. I know it's almost clique, but go back to basics. Water, lots of protein, exercise, don't drink when you eat, stay away from sweets. I know it'll be hard to go back, but I just think about how once you do it for a week or so, it feels normal. I know we can both do this. We didn't rearrange our bodies for nothing! We're a bunch of brave cookies! So I know you can do it too! Good luck and keep us updated. Take care.
