Congratulations on your surgery and may your guardian angel be with you to bring you a very healthy and speedy recovery. The next few weeks will be the hardest, so if you need any help or have any questions remember we are all here for you.

Patty, I too am a patient of Dr. Gorospe's office (Dr. Bosquez is doing my surgery). I pray for a speedy recovery for you and I know before long we will be celebrating the weight loss and the "new us" Good luck and let me know how things go. Your sister in WLS, Sonya

Patty...what can I say? You are the best! You stayed with me all night in the hospital reminding the staff I needed breathing treatments when my oxygen level fell and pushing my pain button for me when I kept dozing off to sleep. You helped me walk the halls since you knew one of my biggest fears were blood clots. You tell me what I did in the hospital since I honestly have no memory of the first two days AND you helped me go to the bathroom! You are such a caring and giving person. I can only hope to be half the angel you are! But the best thing is the friendship that has grown out of this situation. I value our time we spend together whether it be walking up and down the road or talking with your girls. I will always be thankful that we had the chance to walk this wonderful journey together. You are so dear to me! I am looking forward to spending time with you Dear Friend!!!

I am hanging up my angel wings for now. My three angelettes have had thier surgery and are doing great. It was such a honor to be their angel. I had so much fun. Tonya and Cindy have been doing really well and loving thier new life. Candace I have not heard from since I saw her at her dr. appt but she seemed like things were going well for her also. All three ladys had the same surgeon and he will be mine in just a few short weeks. I'm so happy for them. We will all meet at are support meeting next week, I can't wait to see them. Then it is my turn, OH SO SCARED but OH SO EXCITED! The head games have begun along with the sleepless nights. I will be glad when I will be on the other side its been along 6 months. May 23rd here I come............
