Garland, Congratulations on such great wt loss. You are surly using your TOOL very well. keep up the good job. OMG! AND PLEASE DON'T GET YOURSELF THAT HAIRPIECE. you look great with your beard. If anything I would shave the head. Your a nice look dude. LOL Leave the rug that's not KOOL. LOL please don't be mad at me. LOL take care~*~Hugs~*~

Garland: How absolutely awesome. I am so happy for you and your lady. You are what this is all about. I am PO too. & months and down 115 with 25 to go to goal. WELL HERE IS SIT 11 MONTHS POST AND 15 POUNDS TO GOAL. IT HAS BEEN A HECK OF A YEAR WITH THE MOST COMPLETE AND ASTOUNDING CHANGES IN MY LIFE. OF COURSE THERE IS THE WEIGHT LOSS WHICH SOON WILL TOTAL 283 POUNDS LOST FOR LIFE. THEN I MET MY GIRLFRIEND WHO HAS GUIDED ME NOT ONLY IN WEIGHT LOSS BUT NOW HERE IS SIT SHARING A HOME 3,000 MILES FROM WHERE I LET THE SURGEON PERFORM HIS MEDICAL MAGIG. I SIT AND THINK WOULDN'T A HAIRPIECE BE NICE FOR A GOAL WEIGHT PRESENT FOR MYSELF. AFTER ALL I WENT BALD STARTING IN HIGH SCHOOL. BUT MY HEALTH IS WHAT IS SO AMAZING. I WORKED THREE DAYS THIS WEEK FOR THE FIRST TIME SINCE 1995.IT WAS NOT EASY WORK IT WAS LANDSCAPING IN THE HUNDRED DEGREE SUN. AND I CAN SMILE ABOUT IT THANKS TO ALL OF YOU REACHING OUT TO ME. SO I COME HERE AND DO THE SAME FOR OTHERS IN EXCHANGE FOR MY NEW LIFE.
