I hardly miss a day reading the Message Board, however, its been quite a while since I updated. I've now lost 74lbs. since my March 12, 2003 wls. As I'm 5'6-1/2" tall my personal goal is between 140 and 150lbs, which leaves me with around 75lbs. left to lose. I've only dumped twice and I know that one of those times was because I drank water too fast, I've thrown up from drinking too much water, I never really liked water and it appears that water is not my friend, neither is any type of bread. I'm not as good with exercising as I should be, but I intend to improve on this. I seem to be eating between 500-700 calories a day. I've just reached the point where I sometimes "think" I might be hungry, I usually easily ignore this feeling and eat at my regular time. I'll try to update more often.
